Talking to people at the Arizona Science Center The Arizona Science Center is a wonderful place where kids, adults, and families can come to learn about how our world and all the things in it work. The folks at the Science Center have been getting children excited about learning and discovering for decades. It definitely stands out in my mind as a formative experience and was the inspiration for what we're trying to do at the Blockchain Learning Center. We intend to use research and creativity to create truly engaging demos, displays, and workshops for our patrons and with any luck we can get some people excited about the potential for Blockchain Technology the same way the Science Center has been doing for all things Science! We've somehow manage to get the amazing opportunity to set up a booth and speak to people as they visit the Science Center. We're using this booth as a way to teach children about the potential of blockchain and talk to adults about their opinions, concerns, and questions about the topic. The way we're going about this is by offering a simple demo that the kids can participate in that shows, basically, how blockchain works and then talking about whatever our guests would like. We are recording those questions and conversations in a survey and trying to make sense of that data afterwards to develop visual teaching aids and resources that can address the needs expressed by our guests.
